LG AI Research publishes EXAONE 3.0 weights for research

LG AI Research released a 7.8-billion-parameter instruction-tuned EXAONE 3.0 model supporting Korean and English. Its weights were available for research under a custom noncommercial license, with commercial use requiring a separate agreement.
