Corning and Meta announce an up-to-$6 billion optical supply agreement

Corning and Meta announced a multiyear agreement for optical fiber, cable and connectivity for US AI data centers. The agreement included North Carolina manufacturing expansion, with an up-to-$6 billion ceiling rather than evidence of that amount already spent.
