Applied Digital reports its first Polaris Forge 1 phase ready

An initial delivery within a larger contracted campus

Applied Digital reported the first 50 MW phase ready for service on October 27, 2025. CoreWeave was the tenant of the first 100 MW building at Polaris Forge 1, and same-day coverage confirmed that the initial capacity was available. [1][2]

The larger 400 MW program remained a leased development delivered in phases. The ready-for-service milestone should not be read as the entire campus operating at full capacity or proof of an exact first GPU workload time. [1]
