Delivering the building and its power
Applied Digital develops data centers and colocation infrastructure for AI, cloud and other computing workloads. The company dates its business to 2021. Its Polaris Forge model provides the facility, power distribution and cooling for customers' computing equipment. [1]
On October 27, 2025, Applied Digital reported the first 50 MW ready for service in the first 100 MW building at Polaris Forge 1. CoreWeave was the tenant. The initial delivery was part of a 400 MW leased program, rather than evidence that the entire contracted campus was already operating. [1][2]
The company's October 2026 earnings release identified a later stage: another 75 MW phase reached ready-for-service on October 1, bringing operational critical IT load at Polaris Forge 1 to 250 MW across two buildings. The dated delivery measure remains distinct from possible future power capacity and the campus's ultimate design. [3]
