ServiceNow agrees to acquire Moveworks for its AI assistant and search

ServiceNow signed a definitive agreement to acquire Moveworks, combining its enterprise workflow platform with Moveworks’ employee-facing AI assistant and search technology. The acquisition was subject to closing; both companies later reported completion in December 2025.
