Chai Discovery releases Chai-1 for biomolecular structure prediction

Chai Discovery launched a hosted Chai-1 interface and downloadable model artifacts for biomolecular structure prediction. Hosted commercial access and the original noncommercial download license had different terms; the repository later adopted Apache 2.0.
