Milvus 2.3.0 beta adds GPU vector-search indexes

The artifact predates the press announcement

The GitHub prerelease explicitly gives March 20, 2023 as its release date and describes GPU-based vector-search indexes. It credits named NVIDIA contributors to RAFT code. Zilliz’s GTC press announcement followed on March 21; neither the announcement nor the beta artifact should be confused with later stable availability. [1][2][3]
