Finding live music
Songkick helps listeners track artists, discover concerts and receive tour alerts. Its website and mobile products connect a fan's music interests with live events and ticket information. That is a concert-discovery business, distinct from generating recordings or training a music model. [1]
Its appearance in the AI record comes from a concrete transaction. Warner Music Group's November 25, 2025 Suno agreement announcement said Suno had acquired Songkick and would continue running the concert-discovery destination. [2]
A completed transfer with current corroboration
The announcement used completed acquisition language, rather than saying the parties had only agreed to a future purchase. Songkick's July 2026 terms separately name Suno Inc. as the provider of its services, supporting the current relationship. [2][3]
This places live-event discovery beside Suno's music-generation products. It does not establish that Songkick's user data trains a model, that its concert listings are AI-generated or that the platform itself has become a model developer. Its documented contribution to this chronology is its role as the acquired service. [1][3]
