Muse for Small Business: New Connectors and Skills

Meta added small business skills and connectors to Muse, the personal agent it introduced earlier in September. A business owner can connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional account analytics and Meta ad accounts, then ask Muse to work with sales, campaigns and customer information. This is an expansion of Muse, not a separate small business app. [1][2]

Meta listed available connectors including Asana, Canva, Intuit QuickBooks, Shopify, Slack and Stripe. It says the list appears in Muse settings and that custom connectors can reach services not yet supported. Meta also describes tasks such as drafting campaigns, reviewing financial performance and preparing customer communications. [1]

The announcement says people can connect these tools now. Meta says Muse does not publish, send or spend without a person’s approval. More connectors and skills are planned for the months ahead, so the September 29 record covers the capabilities already offered, not that future work. [1]

Axios reported that Meta had tested the business use cases before this release and that about a third of early Muse users had already connected some kind of business account, according to Meta executive Vishal Shah. That figure describes early Muse users and is not an independent measure of business adoption. [2]

A consumer agent enters operating work
