Composio open-sources Agent Orchestrator for coding sessions

Agent Orchestrator was released to coordinate parallel coding agents in separate workspaces, track pull requests and route CI failures and review comments back to sessions. Its plugin interfaces separated agent, runtime, workspace and notification choices.
