Baidu releases ERNIE 4.5 weights and toolkits under Apache 2.0

The ten-model family includes text and vision-language variants, from a 0.3B dense model to a 424B-total-parameter mixture-of-experts model. The downloadable release follows March hosted access and includes development toolkits.
