CoreWeave completes its acquisition of Weights & Biases

Completion follows the agreement

CoreWeave announced completion on May 5, 2025, separately from the agreement reached in March. Its announcement committed to continued interoperability across infrastructure providers, models and frameworks. The completed transaction brought developer tooling into the same company as the cloud infrastructure business. [1][2]
