Ray 2.0 expands distributed AI training and serving

Anyscale announced Ray 2.0, including the beta Ray AIR integration layer and additions to model serving, data processing and reinforcement learning. The release connected more of an AI workflow to Ray’s distributed execution framework. [1]

Ray AIR was beta at launch. A September 2023 update says its namespace was sunset starting with Ray 2.7, so the original release describes a historical integration layer. [1]
