A developer of hyperscale campuses

Vantage Data Centers designs and develops the physical campuses used by cloud and AI customers. Its Lighthouse project connects that role to Oracle's infrastructure and OpenAI's Stargate expansion, with Vantage responsible for developing the Wisconsin campus. [1]

The partners identified Port Washington as the site in October 2025. They described four planned data centers, nearly a gigawatt of capacity and a developer investment above $15 billion. Those figures were project plans, rather than evidence of live capacity or an identical finalized customer purchase. [1]

Construction was underway in December 2025, as confirmed by a contractor's account and contemporary reporting. The available sources support month precision without establishing an exact first day of site work. Their projected 2028 completion remained a future stage, distinct from construction beginning.
