The Midjourney complaint filed in June 2025 identifies Universal City Studios Productions LLLP as “Universal Pictures.” It names DreamWorks Animation L.L.C. separately and groups those plaintiffs under “Universal.” That case caption is more precise than treating every company using the Universal name as a plaintiff.
