Reviewing generated changes
Graphite builds a code-review platform with stacked pull requests, a merge queue, AI review and chat about changes. Its current product can suggest fixes and help investigate continuous-integration failures from the pull-request page. The contribution is a workflow for examining and landing code, including code produced by agents, rather than a foundation model of its own. [1]
On December 19, 2025, Graphite and Cursor announced a definitive agreement for Graphite to join Cursor. The parties described connecting code creation with review and merging while keeping Graphite's product operating separately. Graphite's announcement explicitly made the transaction subject to customary closing conditions. [2][3]
The agreement is a dated commitment in its own right. Present-day product integration and shared branding are not substitutes for a later record establishing whole-company ownership, so this profile does not derive a parent relationship from the December announcement alone. [2][3]
