Compute operations with physical delivery partners
Fluidstack supplies AI infrastructure by organizing GPU clusters and the facilities needed to operate them. Its role includes working with data-center developers and frontier-model customers, rather than requiring that it own every building in which its systems run. [1][2]
The August 2025 TeraWulf leases committed more than 200 MW of critical IT load under two ten-year agreements. Fluidstack was the tenant; Google supplied conditional credit support. TeraWulf's later results recorded an early-July 2026 delivery that activated part of that support. [2][3]
In November 2025, Anthropic announced a $50 billion American infrastructure investment, building custom facilities with Fluidstack in Texas and New York. The announcement identifies Fluidstack as the development partner. It does not state that the full $50 billion was a Fluidstack contract, disclose a property-ownership structure, or establish that every planned site had entered service. [1]
