Turning processors into deployed systems

Dell Technologies contributes engineered racks, supporting equipment, supply-chain work and deployment services to AI infrastructure. Its IREN announcement identifies those engineering and delivery responsibilities, alongside the GB300 processors incorporated in the systems. [1]

The IREN equipment and cloud agreements signed on November 2, 2025 give a concrete example. IREN's filing records an approximately $5.8 billion purchase from Dell, with equipment shipping in tranches and installment payments tied to shipment. The separate Microsoft service contract purchases access from IREN. [2]

Dell also collaborated on Nscale's October 2025 Microsoft rollout. These are documented equipment and deployment contributions to specific compute programs. They do not make Dell the owner of either cloud provider or the author of the models those customers run. [3][1]
