Structured control over an image model
Bria AI develops visual-generation models and APIs for companies building image workflows. Its FIBO model uses structured JSON descriptions to represent details such as lighting, composition, palette and camera settings, giving an application explicit attributes to adjust instead of relying entirely on a short prose prompt. [1]
The current model card describes a sequence in which a language model expands a request into structured conditioning, generates an image, and returns the description with it. A later instruction can revise selected attributes. This supplies an inspectable representation around generation, while the image remains the result of a learned model. [2]
Access and training-data claims
Bria announced FIBO on November 3, 2025, with API access and fine-tuning capabilities. The company said its training data came from licensed content partners. That describes the provider's claimed data-sourcing approach; it does not independently establish the permissions or legal status of every possible generated asset. [1]
The current weight distribution permits noncommercial use and points commercial users to separate terms. Its availability should not be described as an unrestricted open-source license, nor should today's model card be used to infer the exact day that weights first became public. The dated milestone here is the announced model and API. [2]
